Estimate Bench offers free invoice and estimate templates and general information about running a small trade business. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Read our disclaimer before you act on anything here.
We use AI tools to research and draft our guides, and our editor approves each one. Our editorial policy and how we use AI explain how.
No promises about the information
We work to keep our guides accurate and current, but we cannot promise that every guide is complete, correct or up to date. Prices, fees and rules change. Check the cited sources, and ask an accountant or lawyer about your own business.
The site and its guides are offered as they are, without any warranty.
The templates and the builder
You may use the templates and the builder for free, for your own business. You are responsible for what you put on your documents and for checking the totals before you send them. The builder adds tax only at the rate you enter, on the lines you mark.
Use the templates only for real work you or your business did or will do. Do not use them to make a document that pretends to come from someone else, or to mislead anyone.
Our content
The text, templates and design of this site belong to Estimate Bench, unless we say otherwise. Photos belong to their owners and are credited on each page.

Our guides link to other sites, mostly the sources we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
